Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
To establish and/or alter and establish the grade or elevation of the following streets, assuming as a base the level of the Milwaukee River as it was in the month of March, 1836 A.D. Said grade between the points mentioned is to be on a straight line drawn from point to point.
1. On the curbs on West Becher Street from South 34th Street to South 35th Street.
At the west line of South 34th Street - 72.00
At a point 157 feet west of the last named point - 70.70
At the east line of South 35th Street - 71.00
2. On the curbs on the south side of West Brown Deer Road from North 68th Street to North 72nd Street.
At a point 15 feet west of the west line of North 68th Street - 99.65
At a point 105 feet west of the last named point - 99.10
At a point 50 feet west of the last named point - 99.10
At a point 175 feet west of the last named point - 100.80
