Analysis
This resolution authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute the Sewer and Water Agreement SA-1898/WA-262, located in WISPARK, LLC property at 500 North 2nd Street.
Body
Whereas, On October 28, 1969, the City was granted an easement SE-1898/WE-262 for sewer and water purposes in the property at 500 North 2nd Street; and

Whereas, The easement is located in a parcel of land presently owned by WISPARK, LLC; and

Whereas, WISPARK, LLC has requested permission from the City of Milwaukee to construct a decorative fence in and over SE-1898/WE-262; and

Whereas, The CITY will allow the construction of said decorative fence in and over a portion of the easement area, subject to conditions stipulated in Sewer and Water Agreement document known as SA-1898/WE-262; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute Sewer and Water Agreement SE-1898/WE-262, a draft copy of said Agreement being attached to Common Council File Number 050211 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That authority hereby conferred upon the City officers to execute the Agreement includes the authority to make and/or negotiate reasonable modifications that do not substantially change the intent of the agreement; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Agreement document has been executed by the proper City officers, it shall be forwarded to the Office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to...
