Analysis
This resolution directs the proper city officials, including the City Attorney, City Comptroller and the Commissioner of City Development, to prepare documents necessary for an adjustment to the project plan for Tax Increment District No. 56 (Erie/Jefferson Street) relating to modifications to the intersections of Milwaukee, Young and Menomonee Streets and adjoining properties. These documents shall include but, but not be limited to, an updated economic feasibility study for Tax Increment District No. 56.

Whereas, On September 23, 2004, the Common Council passed File Number 040639, resolution creating Tax Incremental District No. 56-Erie/Jefferson Street, on the north bank of the Milwaukee River between North Broadway and the Harbor entrance to Lake Michigan; and
Whereas, A proposal has been submitted to amend the district’s project plan relative to modifications to the intersection of Milwaukee, Young and Menomonee Streets and adjoining properties, as attached to the file; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officials, including but not limited to the City Attorney, the City Comptroller and the Commissioner of City Development, are directed to prepare documents necessary for an adjustment to the project plan for Tax Increment District No. 56 relating to modifications to the intersection of Milwaukee, Young and Menomonee Streets and adjoining properties; and, be it
