Cold Spring Rd. in the 11th Aldermanic District with a City of Milwaukee share of $115,000.
Body
Whereas, W. Cold Spring Rd. is 1987 concrete and is in need of maintenance; and

Whereas, This project is included in the Department of Public Works Local Paving Program; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee and City of Greenfield share jurisdiction ownership of the roadway and will share the construction costs; and

Whereas, The City of Greenfield will be the lead agency for construction; and

Whereas; The City of Greenfield, pending Council approval, has agreed to undertake the construction work with the City of Greenfield paying for the portion within the City of Greenfield limits for all construction expenses; and

Whereas; The City of Milwaukee and City of Greenfield have agreed to the scope of work and retain all responsibilities to their roadways; and

Whereas; Any cost overruns and/or changes in scope shall be approved by the Department of Public Works and the City of Greenfield with costs divided based on jurisdictional boundaries; and

Whereas, This project is programmed for construction in 2025; and

Whereas, The preliminary engineering was approved in Resolution File Number 241716; and
