Analysis

This ordinance corrects a zoning mapping error for residential property.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-501.2(c).0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along South 8th Street, a line 132 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 8th Street, a line 337.65 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Cleveland Avenue and a line 397.65 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Cleveland Avenue, from Park (PK) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
