Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 30th Place from a point 90 feet north of West St Paul Avenue to the first east/west alley north

On West Burnham Street from South 13th Street to South 14th Street, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 30th Place from a point 90 feet north of West St Paul Avenue to the first east/west alley north”

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Burnham Street from South 13th Street to South 14th Street

On the south side of West Winnebago Street from North 9th Street to a point 75 feet west

In the alley bounded by West Burnham Street, West Rogers Street, South 23rd Street and South 24th Street

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Burnham Street from South 13th Street to South 14th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00PM Saturday”

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South 18th Street from East Euclid Avenue to West Oklahoma Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

“On South 19th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Euclid Avenue from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On North 85th Street from a point 120 feet north of West Capitol Drive to West Fiebrantz Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
