This substitute ordinance will permit removal of several coniferous trees surrounding the manmade lake at Park Place for construction of a new office building for Liberty Property Trust.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee ("Common Council") do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-810(2)(a).0059.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended for the area bounded by that part of Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 4351, located in the Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Town 08 North, Range 21 East, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the most Southerly corner of Lot 1 of said Certified Survey Map No. 4351; thence North 62 deg. 23 min. 22 sec. East 400.60 feet; thence North 27 deg. 36 min. 38 sec. West 230 feet; thence North 62 deg. 23 min. 22 sec. East 187 feet; thence North 07 deg. 27 min. 46 sec. East 123.06 feet; thence South 35 deg. 33 min. 04 sec.
