Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

E. Erie St. - N. Young St. to 400 feet m/l southeast of N. Jackson St. (ST211050144/TD0568000) File Number 040803: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund --$206,700; TID-56 Funds -- $133,300)

Alley between W. Cherry St., W. Vliet St., N. 29th St., and N. 30th St. (ST21290142) File Number 031434: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where needed. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $44,800; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $40,200)
