This ordinance will return this property to its original multi-family zoning and allow the building to be converted to a church.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-130(10).0024. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 103rd Street; a line 191.5 feet North of the Section line in West Hampton Avenue; a line 163 feet West of the West line of North 103rd Street; and the Section line in West Hampton Avenue from Restricted Office (O/D/40) to Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40).
