Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Hampton Avenue to West Eggert Place from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Hampton Avenue to West Eggert Place from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday & Sunday”

“On the east side of North Summit Avenue from the south curb line of East Ivanhoe Place to a point 70 feet south thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North Summit Avenue from the north curb line of East Ivanhoe Place to a point 70 feet north thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North Teutonia Avenue from West Hampton Avenue to West Eggert Place

On the north side of West Scott Street from South 26^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Scott Street from South 26^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the south side of West Becher Street from South 18^th Street to a point 40 feet west

In the alley bounded by West Arthur Avenue, West Harrison Avenue, South 8^th Street and South 9^th Street
