A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of S. 9th Place from the south curb line of W. Dakota Street to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the south side of W. North Avenue from N. 36th Street to N. 35th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of N. Plankinton Avenue from W. Michigan Street to the alley between W. Michigan Street and W. Clybourn Street"

"On the south side of E. Pleasant Street from the west curb line of N. Astor Street to a point 60 feet west thereof at any time"

"On the west side of N. Milwaukee Street from a point 120 feet north of the north line of E. State Street to a point 30 feet north thereof"

"On the south side of W. Oregon Street between S. 6th and S. 7th Streets at any time"

"On N. Port Washington Road from a point 260 feet north of the north curb line of W. Capitol Drive to W. Fiebrantz Avenue from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (for a 90 day trial period commencing with the passage of this ordinance)"

"On the east side of N. Port Washington Road from the north curb line of W. Capitol Drive to a point 165 feet north thereof from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM"

"On the east side of N. Port Washington Road beginning at the driveway at 4076 and extending 40 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the south side of E. North Avenue from the east curb line of N. Palmer Street to a point 55 feet east thereof at any time"

"On the north side of E. North Avenue from the east curb line of N. Palmer Street to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time"
