Analysis
This ordinance requires members of the Milwaukee commission on domestic violence and sexual assault to be residents of the city or county of Milwaukee, or work or for an agency or group that is based in the city or county of Milwaukee, or serve victims of domestic violence or sexual assault who live in the city or county of Milwaukee.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 320-22-3-c of the code is renumbered 320-22-2-d.
Part 2. Section 320-22-2-c of the code is created to read:
320-22. Milwaukee Commission on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
3. COMPOSITION.
c. Members shall be residents of the city or county of Milwaukee, or work or for an agency or group that is based in the city or county of Milwaukee, or serve victims of domestic violence or sexual assault who live in the city or county of Milwaukee.
