This resolution authorizes and approves an Amendment to the Contract for overdue Municipal Court judgments with Professional Placement Services, L.L.C.

Body:

Whereas, On March 5, 2002, the common Council approved a contract between the City of Milwaukee and Professional Placement Services, L.L.C. (PPS) for the collection of overdue Municipal Court judgments, after a request for proposals; and

Whereas, The City and PPS are desirous of amending the contract to revise the fee structure therein; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that an Amendment to the contract between the City of Milwaukee and Professional Placement Services, L.L.C., in substantially the same form as the amendment appended to the file, be and hereby is approved.
