Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Heavy and Two-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential on lands located on the North Side of West Wells Street and East of North Hawley Road, in the 10th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance was initiated by the Department of City Development to correct a technical error, which resulted in split zoning for a parcel of land owned by Badger Association of the Blind, Inc.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-501-3(c).0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by Certified Survey Map No. 7805 and the area to the West of Certified Survey Map No. 7805 to the zoning line along the west side of North Hawley Road and the zoning line within West Valley Forge Drive, from Two-Family Residential (RT2) and Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Multi-Family Residential (RM7).
