This ordinance will adjust the zoning district boundary to comply with a recent property sale.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-120(3).0005. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of East LaFayette Place, the East line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6442; the South line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6442 and a line 60 feet West of and parallel to the East line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 6442 from Lakefront (LF/C/60) to Two-Family Residence (R/E/40).
 
Part 2. There is added to the Code a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-650.0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the Southerly line of Certified Survey Map No. 6442; the Westerly line of Certified Survey Map No. 6442 extended; a line 183 feet South of and parallel to the South line of East LaFayette Place and a line 60 feet West of and parallel to the East line of Certified Survey Map No. 6442 from Two-Family Residence (R/E/40) to Lakefront (LF/C/60).
