A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turn on Red Signal is amended by adding the following:

 On West Wisconsin Avenue at North 11^th Street eastbound

Part 2.  Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to U-Turns Prohibited is amended by adding the following:

On South 27^th Street at the first median opening north of West Oklahoma Avenue for north and south bound traffic

Part 3.  Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:

On North Teutonia Avenue from West Locust Street to West Chambers Street

On West Morgan Avenue from South 23^rd Street to South 25^th Street

On West Layton Avenue from South 7^th Street to South 10^th Street

Part 4.  Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:

“Southwest by-pass on West Wisconsin Avenue at North 11^th Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

Southwest by-pass on West Wisconsin Avenue at North 11^th Street

On West Sheridan Avenue at North 52^nd Street

Part 6. Section 101-22-2 of the Code relating to One-Way Alleys is amended by adding the following:

In the alley bounded by West St Paul Avenue, West Clybourn Street, North 25^th Street and North 26^th Street eastbound
