Analysis

This ordinance requires the commissioner of neighborhood services to provide to each common council member, on or before the 7^th day of each month, a written report listing every property in the member's district that, as of the first day of the month, was the subject of an order to correct a violation of the building and zoning code issued by the commissioner, if the date for compliance with the order had passed.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 200-12.8 of the code is created to read:

200-12.8.  Reports on Outstanding Orders.  On or before the 7^th day of each month, the commissioner shall provide, to each common council member, a written report listing every property in the member's district that, as of the first day of the month, was the subject of an order issued by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter, if the date for compliance with the order had passed.
