Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2016 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
City Clerk, Fire and Police Commission, Police Department, Department of Public Works
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 150504 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 24, 2015 - November 8, 2015):

Under Pay Range 1EX, “Fleet Operations and Training Manager”, add designation “(5)” with footnote to read:

“(5) The incumbents of positions in this class, if certified by the commissioner of Public Works as being when appropriate, regularly involved in snow and ice control operations which results in an excessive amount of overtime work, to receive 4.8% additional biweekly salary as compensation for such overtime work.”

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 150504 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 4, 2016 - January 31, 2016):

Under Pay Range 1HX, add the title “Fire and Police Commission Operations Manager”.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 150504 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 4, 2016 - January 31, 2016):

Under Pay Range 2HX, add the title “Business Systems Specialist”.

Under Pay Range 2JX, delete the title “Community Relations Manager”.
