This resolution authorizes and directs the proper City Officers to execute sewer easement release SER-402 and sewer and water easement release SER-2169A/WE-516A located in Vacated North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to a point 120 feet south of East Wisconsin Avenue.
Body
Whereas, On September 20, 1881 the City of Milwaukee was granted sewer easement SE-402 located in Vacated North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to a point 120 feet south of East Wisconsin Avenue, being portions of Tax Key Number 392-1659-100-2 by John Salisbury and Edward Schell; and

Whereas, On December 19, 1988 the City of Milwaukee was granted sewer and water easement SE-2169A/WE-516A located in Vacated North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to a point 120 feet south of East Wisconsin Avenue, being portions of Tax Key Number 392-1659-100-2 by Marshall East, Inc.; and

Whereas, The sewers and water main that were constructed in these easements have been abandoned; and

Whereas, The sewer easements are no longer required for future sewer and water purposes and do not serve the interest of the City of Milwaukee and should be released; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute sewer easement releases SER-402 and SER2169A/WER-516A, copies of which are attached to the Common Council Resolution File Number 021568 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easement releases have been executed by the proper City Officers, they shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorne...
