Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City:

Water Easement WE-838, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and MRED (108th/Layton I) Associates, a Wisconsin Limited Partnership, for a permanent water main easement in lands from 160 feet east of South 108th Street to South 108th Street at 248 feet north of West Layton Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.

Water Easement WE-839, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and MRED (108th/Layton II) Associates, a Wisconsin Limited Partnership, for a permanent water main easement in lands from 160 feet east of South 108th Street to South 108th Street at 248 feet north of West Layton Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.

Water Easement WE-841, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Greenfield Senior Apartments, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in Parcel 1, C.S.M. No. 6437, 490 feet east of South 108th Street to South 108th Street and 650 feet north of West Pine Ridge Road to 275 feet north of West Pine Ridge Road, in the City of Greenfield.

Water Easement WE-842, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Robert A. Lonning, for a permanent water main easement in Lot 2, Block 1, in Boulder Lane Park at 500 feet east of South 108th Street from 140 feet north of West Pine Ridge Road to West Pine Ridge Road, in the City of Greenfield.
