Analysis

This substitute resolution approves a plat that creates five buildable lots at 3610, 3620 and 3630 West Hampton Avenue for single-family residential construction by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the final plat for Hampton Ridge West being a division of Certified Survey Map No. 1795 located in part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is approved.
