Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st Aldermanic District
W. Custer Av. - N. 13th St. to N. Green Bay Av. (Sponsored by the City of Glendale) (ST211190103) File Number 181382: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace ADA ramps as necessary (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $121,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $136,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
W. Custer Av. - N. Dexter Av. to N. 27th St. (Sponsored by the City of Glendale) Including the intersection of N. 25th St. and W. Rohr Av. (ST211190104) File Number 181382: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace ADA ramps as necessary (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $110,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $125,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
