Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 4th Street from West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue at any time except Sunday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the east side of North 8th Street from West Burleigh Street north to the first driveway"
"On the east side of North 14th Street from a point 375 feet south of the south curb line of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 75 feet further south thereof at any time"
"On the west side of North 13th Street between West Clarke and West Wright Streets"
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 5th Street from West Cherry Street to the first east/west alley south thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the north side of East Wells Street from the Milwaukee River to North Water Street"
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 15th Street between West Wisconsin Avenue and West Wells Street"
"On West Vliet Street from North 11th Street to North 12th Street"
"On North 13th Street between West Walnut Street and West Fond du Lac Avenue"
Part 4. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 5th Street from West Virginia Street to West Bruce Street
On South 5th Street from West Bruce Street to West Mineral Street
