Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Buffum Street from East Center Street to a point 300 feet south”

“On the south side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 25^th Street to South 27^th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday - Friday”

“On the north side of East Russell Avenue from South Delaware Avenue to a point 80 feet east”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 76^th Street (Service Drive) from a point 350 feet south of West Winfield Avenue to a point 75 feet south thereof

On the north side of West Helena Street from a point 140 feet west of North 86^th Street to a point 80 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the area bounded by West Burnham Street, West Lincoln Avenue, South 30^th Street and South 33^rd Street

On South Mabbett Avenue from East Rusk Avenue to East Meredith Street

On South 5^th Street from South Chase Avenue to West Arthur Avenue

Part 4.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Winter Parking Permitted is amended by adding the following:

On East Oklahoma Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Superior Avenue
