Analysis

This resolution authorizes payment of the claim of Brian Maletzke, in the amount of $6,403.53.

Body

Whereas, The claimant, Brian Maletzke, C.I. File No: 07-L-98, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $6,403.53; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has agreed to pay the claim in the amount of $6,403.53; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $6,403.53, payable to the order of Brian Maletzke, 3909 North 80^th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53222, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account 006300 - Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490 - Program 0001 - Sub Class S118.
