Analysis

This ordinance provides that vehicles may be parked overnight on both sides of any street within the current 4^th aldermanic, including any boundary street, and that vehicles may be parked in one place for up to 48 hours.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-27-1-a-2-j of the code is created to read:

101-27.  All Night Parking.

1.  RESTRICTIONS.

a-2.

a-2-j.  All streets within the boundary of the 4^th aldermanic district in effect on [city clerk to insert effective date of this ordinance], including both sides of the boundary streets.  A map of this area is found in common council file number 250078.
