This resolution authorizes an agreement for operation of the concession stand in the Market Street Lobby of the Zeidler Municipal Building for a period of one year which may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioner of Public Works for an additional 2 years.
BODY:
Whereas, The Commissioner of Public Works has reviewed proposals to operate the concession stand in the Market Street Lobby of the Frank P. Zeidler Municipal Building, 841 North Broadway and has recommended that the City enter into an agreement with Juicy's Fruits for the operation of the concession stand; and
Whereas, This agreement shall be in force for one year subject to renewal for an additional 2 years at the discretion of the Commissioner of Public Works; and
Whereas, The rental fee for the space shall be as established by the City Comptroller; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Juicy's Fruits to operate the concession stand in the Frank P. Zeidler Municipal Building, with the agreement being effective upon execution by the operator and the proper City officers.
