BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $14, 269.28 payable to Attorney John F. Fuchs, of Fuchs, Snow, O'Connell & DeStefanis, S.C., 1011 North Mayfair Road, Suite 100, Milwaukee, WI, 53226-3431, to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of Police Officer Mark Wroblewski.

and, be it;

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Fund No. 01-149-0-6382-013-8001.
