Analysis
This resolution authorizes the City of Milwaukee to enter into a Green Infrastructure Funding Agreement and Conservation Easement with MMSD and MPS for grant funding for installation of green infrastructure in Metcalfe Playfield at 2321 North 32nd Street and at 3401 West Meinecke Avenue.

Whereas, The Green Infrastructure Funding Agreement now needed for said MPS site has been submitted to this file; and

Whereas, The template conservation easement to be used post-installation will be in substantially the same form and substance as the template conservation easement that was approved by the Common Council in Resolution File No. 191139; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Green Infrastructure Funding Agreement G98023P01-18...
