TITL:

Substitute motion to approve recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee relative to renewal of the rooming house license issued to Robert F. Zellmer for the premises located at 1977 N. Farwell Avenue, in the 3rd Aldermanic District.

ANLS:

This substitute motion renews the rooming house license of Robert F. Zellmer for the premises located at 1977 N. Farwell Avenue.

BODY:

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on December 7, 1998, relative to the renewal of the rooming house license of Robert F. Zellmer for the premises located at 1977 N. Farwell Avenue; and

Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee, after hearing all of the testimony of the Milwaukee Police Department voted unanimously (3 ayes, 0 noes, 2 excused) to recommend renewal of said license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, hereby accepts the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee to renew the rooming house license of Robert F.
