Analysis
This resolution approves an Out-of-Program Agreement between Tameister Development Company and the City regarding the design, construction and funding of public improvements to serve two single family home lots in a four-lot subdivision to be located northerly of the current terminus of South 85th Street south of West Oklahoma Avenue. In sum, the developer would assume all costs while the City would design and construct the required public improvements.

Whereas, Tameister Development Company, LLC, a developer, desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding the design and installation of public improvements to serve two single family home lots of a four-lot subdivision located at the current terminus of South 85th Street south of West Oklahoma Avenue; and

Whereas, The Out-of-Program Agreement for this development is attached to the file; and

Whereas, Under the terms of the agreement the proposed public improvements would be designed and installed at no cost to the City of Milwaukee; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Out-of-Program Agreement attached to this file is hereby approved and the proper City officers are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and to determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
