Analysis

This resolution authorizes the Milwaukee Public Library to apply for a Safe Harbor Grant from the Wisconsin Department of Administration. The purpose of the project is to convert photographs from the Port of Milwaukee and Great Lakes Marine Collection to digital images for Internet access.

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for grant funds from the Wisconsin Department of Administration to convert photographs from the Port of Milwaukee and Great Lakes Marine Collection to digital images for Internet access; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the Wisconsin Department of Administration is authorized.
