Analysis

This ordinance, to be effective July 1, 2001, increases all night parking permits by $2 for a quarterly permit and $4 for an annual permit.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 81-85-1 and 2 of the code is amended to read:

81-85.  Parking Permits:  On-street All Night.

1.  The fee for a quarterly permit including sales tax shall be [[$10]] >>$12<<.

2.  The fee for an annual permit including sales tax shall be [[$40]] >>$44<<.

Part 2.  This ordinance takes effect July 1, 2001.
