Whereas, The Deferred Assessment Board of the City of Milwaukee considered the application of a Worthy Indigent for deferred payment of a special assessment and recommended the same be granted; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following property owner, being the owner of the property described, is hereby confirmed as a Worthy Indigent resident as provided in Section 115-44 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, and that payment of the special assessment is hereby deferred:

Further Resolved, That after December 20, 2005, and upon receipt of said property’s tax bill from the City Treasurer, the City Comptroller shall issue to the City Treasurer a check in the amount of $52.18 for HK02223 to pay the 1st installment of said special assessment, and that following the issuance of the check, the deferred special assessment shall be processed in the manner specified in File Number 74-1975; and, be it
Further Resolved, That said Comptroller is also authorized to expend a sum equal to the recording fee in excess of the amount deferred.
