This special privilege changes the name of the grantee of a special privilege allowing placement and maintenance of a sidewalk cafe' in the public right-of-way abutting the premises at 2624 North Downer Avenue from H&T Management, Inc. to Don Quijote, Inc.

BODY:
Whereas, H&I Management, Inc. was granted a special privilege to place a sidewalk cafe' adjacent to the business at 2624 North Downer Avenue; and

Whereas, Don Quijote Restaurant now occupies the premises at 2624 North Downer Avenue and a name change on the existing special privilege is needed in order to reflect the new occupant; and

Whereas, Said sidewalk cafe' may only legally occupy the public way by the granting of a special privilege; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Common Council Resolution File Number 930117 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Don Quijote, Inc. 2624 North Downer Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53211, is hereby granted the following special privileges:

1. To establish and maintain a sidewalk cafe' area within the east sidewalk area of North Downer Avenue adjacent to the building at 2624 North Downer Avenue. Said cafe' area shall be limited to occupy an area extending a maximum of 3.5 feet into the 15 foot wide fully paved public sidewalk and occupy a space approximately 9.2 feet in length extending north from a point approximately 145 feet north of the northline of East Belleview Avenue.
