Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee and Willis of Wisconsin have a contract that provides for Willis to prepare the Basic Plan rates for the City of Milwaukee Basic Plan, based on the utilization and experience data received from CMS, Navitus and WPS; and

Whereas Willis of Wisconsin using their in house actuary services has prepared such Basic Plan rates for City of Milwaukee active and retired employees; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the rates list in the report prepared by Willis of Wisconsin attached to this file be approved and used to prepare rate sheets for active and retried employees for 2007.
