Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the total sum of $9,221.70 payable to Attorney Linda Hornik, P.O. Box 92339, 53202, to reimburse her for legal fees for defense of Police Officer Michael Grandinetti;and, be it

Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Fund No. 01-149-06382-013-8001.
