This zoning change was requested by General Capital Group and will allow industrial uses on the site, which is a former Sam's Club.

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 7701 West Calumet Road, Tax Key No. 107-0321-000, from Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Industrial-Light (IL1).
