Area 1) Wisconsin Excavators and Graders, Terrazzo Finishers, Sheet Metal Workers, Roofers, Laborers, Plasterer Laborers, Laborers' Cable Work, Operating Engineers, Sewer and Water Open Cut, Shaft and Tunnel Construction Labor Service).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated May 29, June 4, and 12, 1998, and from the Departent of Employee Relations dated June 24, 1998, attached to Common Council File Number 980265; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
