This ordinance updates the current code to make it consistent with the existing department of public works’ policy, established in 2007, of only collecting small dead animals found in the public right-of-way.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

79-2. Collection Regulations.

5. SMALL DEAD ANIMALS >>found in the public right-of-way<< shall be collected by the department.
