This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 68th St. - W. Vienna Ave. to W. Capitol Dr. (821-4689-4): Relaying water main. (1999 Water Program)

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Booth St. - E. Nash St. to E. Vienna Ave. (821-4687-3): Relaying water main. (1999 Water Program)

N. Weil St. - E. Chambers St. to 320 ft. m/l north of E. Chambers St. (821-4688-9): Water main extension for reinforcement. (1999 Water Program)

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
