Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 2001; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 2002 Tax Roll by canceling the weed cutting charges in the amount of $95 per decision of the Sanitation Division, to the possessor of the 2001 tax bill for Key Number 312-1726-100-X also known as 2866 N. 6th Street, chargeable to Fund Number 0470 6940 636508 39D1; and, be it

Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
