Analysis
This resolution amends the funding approved by Resolution 010737 for certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, The following projects have been approved for the nonassessable portion using Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund; and

Whereas, Community Development Block Grant Administration approved use of CDBG funds for nonassessable paving activity as follows:

7th Aldermanic District

N. 25th St. - W. North Ave. to W. Meinecke Ave. (ST21190193)(CD1150031027) File Number 990756: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Community Development Block Grant Fund -- $110,000)
