This resolution rescinds Common Council File Numbers 912098 and 921132, resolutions that established and amended design guidelines for a Site Plan Review Overlay District on lands located on the northeast corner of the intersection of South 27^th Street and West College Avenue.

Whereas, Section 295-91.0017 of the former (pre-October 1, 2002) Zoning Code established a Site Plan Review Overlay District (n/k/a Site Plan Review Overlay Zone) on lands located on the northeast corner of the intersection of South 27th Street and West College Avenue;  and

Whereas, Common Council File Numbers 912098 and 921132, adopted May 26, 1992, and January 15, 1993, respectively, established and amended design guidelines for this Site Plan Review Overlay District; and

Whereas, This Site Plan Review Overlay District and its companion design guidelines are no longer necessary, beneficial or relevant to use or development of the site affected; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Numbers 912098 and 921132 are rescinded.
