This resolution will cancel snow removal charges placed on the 1998 Tax Roll due to Administrative Review Appeals Board decision and previous payment of reduced amount by property owner.

Whereas, Snow removal charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 1998; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1998 Tax Roll by cancelling the snow removal charges of $103.91 due to the following: (1) the decision of the Administrative Review Appeals Board to reduce the charges to $52, and (2) previous payment of the reduced charge of $52 by the property owner, to the possessor of the 1998 tax bill for Key Number 309-1201-000-3 also known as 3115 W. Fond du Lac Ave., chargeable to Fund Number 0001, ORG 5650, Prog - 0001, Account 009400; and be it
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
