Analysis
This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, The funding for the following project be revised as follows:

4th, 8th, and 12th Aldermanic Districts

16th Street Viaduct (BR10090120) File Number 001121: Repairs, sidewalk and center lock. (Bridge Fund BR100010000 -- $70,000)

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

E. North Ave. – 150 feet m/l west of N. Oakland Ave. to the Milwaukee River (ST211010160/UR04182000) File Number 011243: Asphalt resurface and streetscape. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $145,500; Urban Renewal Funds -- $154,500)
