Resolution granting a utility easement to Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a Ameritech-Wisconsin and Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P., hereinafter referred to as "grantee," a permanent easement upon, over and across a part of grantor's land hereinafter referred to as "easement area," in the Lindsay Heights Subdivision, in the City of Milwaukee. BODY:
Whereas, The purpose of this utility easement is to construct, erect, operate, maintain and replace overhead utility facilities, including a line of poles, with the necessary anchors, guy wires, and all other appurtenant equipment above ground which grantee deems necessary, to transmit electric energy, signals, television and telecommunication services. Trees, bushes, branches and roots may be trimmed or removed by grantee whenever it decides it is necessary so as not to interfere with grantee's use of the easement area; and
Whereas, The easement area is described as, strips of land, being the Northerly 12 feet of Lots 1, 3, 4 and 6, in Lindsay Heights, being a Redivision of part of Lot 19 and the South 1/2 of Lot 20, in Block 13, of Vliet's Addition, in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the utility easement area described above is granted and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to execute said easement, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File.
