Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 28th St. – 510 feet m/l south of W. Roosevelt Dr. to 140 feet m/l south of W. Roosevelt Dr. (SM495020173): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $6,000)

1st and 10th Aldermanic Districts

N. Teutonia Ave. – 370 feet m/l south of W. Melvina St. to 110 feet m/l north of N. 21st St. (SM495020172): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $9,000)

4th Aldermanic District

N. 8th St. – W. Michigan St. to 210 feet m/l south of W. Wisconsin Ave. (SM495020176): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $4,800)

6th Aldermanic District
