Title
Ordinance relating to the change in zoning from (C9B(a)) to Two-Family Residential (RT4), on land located generally on the North and South Sides of West Vine Street and West of North Hubbard Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District. (DCD)
Analysis
This ordinance changes the zoning for properties located within the Brewer's Hill neighborhood from a downtown zoning district to a general residential zoning district.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501(2)(c).0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described and bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North Hubbard Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along East Vine Street, a line 140 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Hubbard Street and a line 125 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Vine Street; and
 
The zoning line within the right-of-way along North Palmer Street, a line 93.67 feet East and parallel to North Palmer Street, a line 39 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Vine Street and a line 89 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Vine Street from (C9B(a)) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
