Title
Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Cameo Care Campus, located on the East Side of South 27th Street and North of West Goldcrest Avenue, in the 13th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution will allow for off-site services and third party on-site and off-site services for physical and occupational therapy, which was not prescribed in the previously approved Owner's Written Narrative.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits modifications to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
 
Whereas, The First Amendment to the Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Cameo Care Campus was approved by the Common Council on February 1, 2005, under File No. 041162 for construction of a senior living facility; and
 
Whereas, The Architect, on behalf of the Owner, is requesting a minor modification to the previously approved Owner's Written Narrative for off-site services and third party on-site and off-site services for physical and occupational therapy in addition to on-site services; and
 
Whereas, The modification to the plan of operation is generally consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved detailed plan, will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to allow for off-site services and third party on-site and off-site services for physical and occupational therapy that were not previously approved as part of the Detailed Planned Development are approved.
